1993-1998 Factory Ford Castings ---- Dual Intake Ports
Our "CNC Sportsman" porting package greatly increases the efficiency of these heads . The dual intake ports have more than adequate port volume, but are kind lazy in factory trim for the amount of area that is available. Subtle changes and reshaping of the intake bowls provide an amazing 47 cfm increase without increasing the cross sectional area in the head. What this means to you is that your 4V heads just got a wake up call , and a big increase in power across the board. The CNC "Sportsman" is a entry level port designed to use OEM valves , additional gains can be found with an upgrade to 1 mm oversize valves. Please e-mail or call for more specifics.

Notes :
(1) CNC Sportsman is designed for Hot street/strip cars who run normally aspirated or light power adders
(2) Optional Exhaust port designed for power adders and normally aspirated race engines - highly recommended for most any type of blower or N20 applications spraying 150HP or more. This port will aid n2o engines spraying less , but strongly suggested at the 150HP level. This port will also require aftermarket valves . The flow numbers represented here are with Manely valves which use the stock style keepers. The use of Ferrea/Modmax valves will require new single groove keepers .
